(A) Specialized Skills Training, Early
Intervention Therapeutic Services(IFSP, IEP & BIP), Parent Education, Family/Community Engagement, Music and Movement Play Group
(B) Comprehensive programming to train, educate and support parents and staff on recognizing and reversing the negative impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences(ACEs)
(C) Modeling, coaching strategies, intervention, Reflective Observation and Discussion aligned with ECLKC Performance Standards.
(D) Implement strategies to promote healthy social-emotional, sensory integration, positive “serve and return” exchanges and family engagement.
(E) Prevention and intervention activities to engender capacity building among staff in the application of evidenced-based practices to improve children's language, social, emotional and behavioral functioning.
(F) Coaching, technical assistance, consultations and recommendations according to ECLKC Performance Standards and in preparation for CLASS observations.
(G) Ongoing monitoring, tracking, Periodic review, and analysis of services.
(H) Assessments, case management, monitoring and evaluating POC/Treatment Plans and progress, facilitating interdisciplinary approaches, monitoring staff performance and quality assurance compliance.
Our focus is from emerging to mastery of Early Intervention and Child Development from Birth-6. This is an option that allows us to work with children to build their early learning and child development capacity in the place where you are most comfortable: your own home, PPEC, Daycare or natural environment.
Our family-centered, play-based evaluations and evidenced-based assessments identify your child's functional level in each developmental area and provide goals for mastery and referrals.
Special Instruction educates children and coach families and staff with an IFSP, IEP or BIP using methodologies that are specifically designed to address each child's unique learning requirements. We specialize in providing evidence-based strategies and activities for children in Early Interventions with language, intellectual, cognitive, motor, social, emotional support, Autism, medical conditions, medical diagnosis, challenging behaviors and self-adaptability skills. 1 hr. includes portfolio
Individual Home & Community-Based services are for ages 3-6 with or without an IEP or BIP provided in your home or in settings that typically developing children attend. Supports are provided to assist the child and family in daily routines including Activities, Chores, Grocery shopping, Church, Special events etc., 45 min.
Focus is strategically placed on self-care and multiple tasks support. 45 min.
Offer fun potty training effective techniques to practice toilet learning. Includes your choice of Potty Treat Box or Potty Chart (45 min per session).
Our parent education teach very specific parenting skills to help you to productively enrich parent-child interaction relationship. We offer simple and practical strategies to help your family build strong, healthy relationships, confidently manage your children’s behavior and prevent problems developing. We coach, model and teach parenting strategies and skills about how, when and when not to respond. Session’s offered in Increments of 3
1 Visit per month for 9 months. Prenatal Development Your Unborn Babies Development from 1st Trimester through Third Trimester. Topics covered Health, Attachment, What to Expect, Mental Health, Wellness and Safety with activities included. (Special gift included)

Conduct Assessment that examine teacher practices across daily routines occurring in classroom setting, smaller/informal groups and one-on-one interactions. Provide modeling, coaching, feedback and plan of care.
Conduct a thorough examination of agency functions and daily operations. Develop quality assurance recommendations based on ACHA, Performance Standards, agency policy and procedures or best practice in program operations to ensure high level compliance, service delivery and achievement of department key results. Service delivery includes discovery meeting, plan of care, and monitoring.
